  • Face (daily): Apply 3–4 drops of Charya Face Oil on slightly damp skin. Glide the Kansa Gua Sha upward and outward for 5–10 minutes.
  • Hair (2–3 times a week): Warm the Hair Oil slightly, apply to the scalp and massage for 2–3 minutes. Keep for 40–60 minutes or overnight. Detangle with the Neem Comb from the ends upward.
  • Intimate care: Dip a Naari Charya sachet in hot water and wash the intimate area while bathing for 4 successive days, then twice a week.
  • During periods: Dip a Sukhada sachet in hot water and drink during the 4–5 days of menstruation.

Note: Avoid using the gua sha on pimples, cuts or broken skin. Wipe it clean and dry after use.
