• International shipping will be updated on the website when available.

2. Shipping Charges & Timelines

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1499. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges apply.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery timelines vary by location and courier partner, typically 3–8 business days for major cities.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS to monitor your shipment.

4. Safe Delivery & Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure the safety of your order and to avoid any missing or damaged product claims:

• Please record an unboxing video while opening your package.

• The video should capture the entire process—opening the box and showing all items inside.

• This video will be required as proof for any claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products.

• Complaints without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or return.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately at info@charya.co.in with your order details and the unboxing video.

• Our team will review the video and assist you with a replacement or refund according to our policies.
