At Charya Ayurveda, we ensure that every product you receive is crafted with care and reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets our return eligibility criteria.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package, without pause or cuts.

This video will be mandatory proof in case of claims related to missing, damaged, or wrong products.

Complaints without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The product should not be damaged or tampered with

A valid proof of purchase/order ID is required
Customer-Initiated Returns
Returns requested due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong product, pack size, or variant) are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
In such cases, the following charges will be deducted from the refund amount:

Forward shipping charges (even if waived earlier under promotional offers)

Return shipping charges

COD handling charges (if applicable)
These deductions are applicable as logistics and handling costs are incurred in processing and delivering the order.
The final refund amount will be processed after deducting these applicable charges.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video as proof.
Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used personal care products

Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or defective)

Gift cards or promotional items
Reverse Pickup
We will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup from your location wherever service is available.
In cases where reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our address. Instructions will be shared accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Calculation
Final Refund Amount = Product Value – Applicable Deductions (if any)
(Applicable in cases such as customer-initiated returns)
Refund Mode

Prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method

COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary details
Inspection Clause
All returned products will undergo a quality check. If the returned product does not meet our return eligibility criteria, the refund may be declined.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and verified. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
