Every day our body goes through a particular routine that is Our Charyā. We get up, eat, work, sleep, and breathe. Everything becomes our Charyā. Our Charyā defines how healthy and peaceful we are. Through our Charyā; the tridoshas in our body – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha act according to the time of the day as well as the duration of the season.

The Governing Energies
The human body is nature’s finest creation. It is formed by a combination of the five great elements – The Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. The combination of these elements gives rise to the three doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
When these vital forces are aggravated, due to impaired daily routine, the body-mind connection begins to suffer and the disease process sets in.
To counter this , Charyā Ayurveda analyses your Charyā ( lifestyle pattern) through the “My Charyā Questionnaire.” Based on the inputs given by the user, we identify the Charyā score. Charyā score tells us how good or bad your lifestyle is ? It also gives an insight to the dosha imbalance and aspects of physical and mental health which are likely to be damaged. It then suggests specially crafted products and necessary lifestyle modifications to upgrade your Charyā and make up for the damage caused by unhealthy Charyā, just to retrieve the ”HEALTHY YOU.”
