Udvartan Churna is an Ayurvedic dry fat-scrub powder designed to stimulate circulation, break down localized fat, and improve skin firmness using potent lekhana (fat-scraping) herbs.

Udvartan means rubbing and cleaning with unguents (powders) in upward direction (Direction opposite to the body hair).

It also means rubbing, kneading or dry scrubbing the body.

This classical formulation works through friction-based dry scrubbing, helping to activate sluggish areas, reduce water retention, and support inch-loss when used consistently.

Made with Triphala, Daruharidra, Musta, and Vacha, it enhances microcirculation, lymphatic movement, and metabolic activity at the tissue level — making the body feel lighter, firmer, and more toned.

The friction generated during scrubbing creates heat, which helps mobilise and disintegrate accumulated fat (Meda) and Kapha at the site.
