  • 1. Cleanse your face.
  • 2. Apply 3–4 drops of Charyā Face Oil on slightly damp skin.
  • 3. Hold the Gua Sha almost flat against the skin and glide gently with light pressure: Neck: from the collarbone upward to the jaw Jawline: from the chin to the ear Cheeks: from the nose outward to the ear Under-eyes: light strokes towards the temples Forehead: from the brows up to the hairline
  • Repeat each stroke 5–6 times, for 5–10 minutes in total, until skin feels warm and relaxed.
  • Finish with light downward strokes along the sides of the neck.
  • Let the remaining oil absorb or wipe off the excess.

Note:

  • Use daily, or as part of your nightly Charyā ritual.
  • Always use on oiled skin, never on dry skin.
  • Avoid using on active pimples, cuts, rashes, sunburn or broken skin.
