Sukhada Granules
Dip 1 Sukhada sachet in a cup of warm water
Let it sit for 1–2 minutes until the kadha dissolves completely
For enhanced benefits, you may add 1 teaspoon of cow ghee
Naari Charya Wash
During bath, take half a mug of hot water
Dip 1 sachet for 2 minutes
Sit in a comfortable squatting position & gently wash the intimate area with the prepared kadha
Pat dry and avoid using any harsh soaps or cleansers afterwards
