Charyā Ayurveda, as the name suggests, denotes a regimen or a code of conduct for healthy living. Charyā Ayurveda is born with an aim to revive and reimplement Ayurveda practices and principles in every individual’s day-to-day life with utmost ease. This can only be achieved by making these practices an integral part of individual’s daily routine– (imbibing these practices in every aspects of the daily routine) – The Charyā.

We come across so many people in the society, who pop up pills regularly for varied lifestyle related health complaints. Even though being aware that these pills can only control the ailment but not cure it, people adjust with it for rest of their lives. Until few decades these issues were rare.

Our ancestors face ageing issues in their latter age. Obesity, blood pressure, heart ailments, diabetes were health issues of elite class and very rare. Stress, environmental changes, junk food is not alone to be blamed for all these problems. What we are missing out, is the time tested, age old, healthy routine they followed. The preventive health measures, dietary rules, seasonal food and behavioral pattern helped them live a healthy long life.

CHARYĀ is all about following healthy routine in a more feasible way, it is about understanding and aligning the holistic approach of Ayurveda with nature and the ecosystem. It is about being one with the force of existence.
